Elon Musk reignites 'pedo' claims against United Kingdom cave diver

Elon Musk renews 'pedo' controversy, asks if it's 'strange' the British diver hasn't sued

Elon Musk appears to have doubled down (or tripled down) on his claim that the British cave diver involved in last month's Thai football team rescue mission is a "pedo". After receiving requests online that he help in the Thai rescue efforts, Musk, together with SpaceX and Boring Co. engineers, developed a mini-submarine that the stranded children could use to escape the flooded cave system.

"Nonetheless, his actions against me do not justify my actions against him, and for that I apologize to Mr. Unsworth and to the companies I represent as leader", Musk tweeted.

"I think there's a consistent reactionary mode that permeates down through the organization, and there's no operational commitments that we're seeing", Hansen said during an interview on Wednesday with FOX Business' Stuart Varney. Unsworth had said he was considering taking legal action against Musk. "Sorry pedo guy, you really did ask for it".

Musk responded to her post denying that he had cried during the interview.

In a series of back-and-forth tweets with a Twitter user named Yoda, Musk asked: "You don't think it's unusual he hasn't sued me?"

The letter, dated August 6, said the possible lawsuit would cover "false and defamatory statements" made by Musk against Unsworth.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Have A New Addition
But when she couldn't give him the time he needed or wanted to spend with her, he got upset about that. If she wants to make amends, by all means, she can do that. "That's got to hurt anybody".

Not only would Musk later admit that funding had not been secured, but in a Friday blog post wrote that he and Tesla's board of directors decided it was in the best interests of the Palo Alto-based to remain public. "You did so without any basis". A report published by BuzzFeed News on Wednesday revealed that Unsworth has retained legal counsel and is preparing to file a civil complaint for libel.

Musk sent a string of now-deleted tweets in which he said he was working on producing a video to prove his submarine could have reached the trapped football team.

Musk started 17 days of drama when he tweeted on August 7 that he had "funding secured" to take Tesla private, without sharing evidence that investor money was indeed lined up.

Never one to turn his back on a potential Twitter fight, Musk fired back, making a thinking-face-emoji insinuation about why Unsworth never sued him, despite being offered free legal services.

But Musk's decision to continue to respond to critics on Twitter indicates he won't change easily, said Charles Elson, a University of DE finance professor who specializes in corporate governance.
