Gal Gadot shares new shot from Wonder Woman sequel

Chris Pine in Wonder Woman

With the sequel's November 2019 release barreling ever-closer, Gal Gadot took to social media on Saturday morning with a fresh look at her Wonder Woman 2 costume.

Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins also returns for the sequel, which picks up with the titular superhero in the 1980s, when she faces an all new enemy - The Cheetah.

In addition to this photo and the previous photo of Diana, another photo was also revealed that officially confirmed Chris Pine's return as Steve Trevor in the film despite Trevor's apparent death at the climax of the first Wonder Woman movie. Now, Gal Gadot has shared the very first picture of Diana in costume from the set of Wonder Woman 1984.

Italy, France tensions spiral over rejected migrant ship
Muscat highlighted however that Malta was willing to help avoid humanitarian crises. The country has seen more than 700,000 migrants arrive on its shores since 2013.

Not only does Gadot look stunning (as always), but she's here to let everybody know that she's back. When Gadot first appeared as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman, the colours were muted to reflect the so-called dark tone of DC film universe. Below the actress showed a new look at her character in costume. Especially Chris Pine in that fanny pack.

Suit aficionados may spot some minor differences in the suit (are those colors a little more of the classic, punchy red and blue?), but the casual observer will be happy to note that Wonder Woman 2 is taking the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality to Gadot's costume. Given the fact that last time we saw Trevor he was inside an airplane full of poison gas that he himself ignited into a glorious explosion, it's shocking to see him back.
