Richie Incognito Believed Government Officials Were Tracking, Recording Him

Police Incognito threw weights before hospitalization

The alleged victim told officers Incognito threw a tennis ball at him and then heaved a dumbbell in his direction over what sounds like a dispute about politics.

TMZ said Incognito was "rambling about the government and screaming at the man to 'get off my (expletive) playground.'" That's when the police were called. He said in April he was retiring and told a reporter his kidneys and liver were failing.

Without Incognito, the Bills moved Vlad Ducasse from right guard to left guard with the starting offense at Thursday's practice.

Incognito reportedly had issues before the St. Louis Rams selected him in the third round of the 2005 draft.

According to the report, Incognito told a Lifetime Fitness employee "don't f--g cross the line", after Incognito was allegedly "acting erratically, throwing things at staff".

Conte & Hazard Reflect On Chelsea's Season After FA Cup Final Triumph
Ruiz plays in the same position as ex-Red Devils midfielder, Michael Carrick, and Mourinho wants the 22-year-old at Old Trafford. He has not been as effective this season for Chelsea as he was past year - but none of the Blues players have been.

As O'Brien called authorities, Incognito can be heard in the background of the 911 call yelling at O'Brien and threatening him. He told the dispatcher Incognito, who was dressed in shorts and no shirt, was trying to hit him as they talked. "I hope he gets help", O'Brien said. He is under involuntary psychiatric evaluation but was not technically arrested.

Brown and Rosenthal took Incognito into custody under Florida's Baker Act, which allows for people to be hospitalized for 72 hours if they are deemed a danger to themselves or others.

The Bills recently granted Incognito's request for release, leaving the 34-year-old on the free agent market. He was out of the league for 18 months before the Bills signed him to a one-year contract.

Incognito was also at the center of an embarrassing national saga in 2013 when Jonathan Martin, an offensive tackle who played parts of two seasons with the Dolphins, left the team and accused Incognito, Mike Pouncey and John Jerry of racism and verbal and emotional abuse. Earlier this year, he used Twitter to fire his agent.

I don't want to speculate too much so hopefully Incognito gets this figured out and either lands on another team, or just decides to enjoy a quiet retirement.
