'Disgusted' officials file complaint against man for anti-immigrant rant

Culture Man Freaks Out & Threatens to Call ICE Because Someone Dared to Speak Spanish In NYC

The response was swift after a man named as a NY lawyer was caught on video ranting about Spanish-speaking restaurant employees-and threatening to call U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement "to have each one of them kicked out of my country". As the story goes, Morris and a friend were walking along, minding their own business when Schlossberg came up to them to complain that they were walking on the wrong side of the street. After he was identified, some people went on Yelp to ruin his rating on the business review site.

And reviewers on Google suggested his law firm be identified as a "Mexican restaurant".

The incident, first reported by Gothamist, occurred Tuesday at the Fresh Kitchen in midtown Manhattan, according to video posted to social media by a man who said his wife was present at the time. "My guess is they're not documented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country".

The backlash quickly ballooned online.

Schlossberg did not return calls to his home and office and emails from ABC News seeking comment.

The clip quickly sparked outrage among many critics, including U.S. Rep. Adriano Espaillat and Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., who wrote to NY state's court system, which has a grievance committee for attorney complaints.

More Scenes From Last Night's Deadly Thunderstorms & The Aftermath
Winds along parts of Northeast reached up to 150 miles per hour knocking down power poles and many trees, CNN forecasters said. Connecticut State Police also confirmed that someone in New Fairfield was killed after a tree landed on their vehicle .

But despite the outrage, Schlossberg is unlikely to be disbarred.

Online activists had time today to lay a digital smackdown to Aaron Schlossberg, the white lawyer whose racist rant at a NY restaurant has gone viral.

He continued: "Factors a disciplinary committee will consider in deciding what if any discipline is warranted include extenuating circumstances and whether Mr. Schlossberg has prior discipline". "Grabbing me, not letting me walk". He does not have a record of public discipline.

Schlossberg was also filmed past year outside Trump tower wearing a "Make America Great Again" red baseball cap and waving an American flag during a pro-Donald Trump demonstration created to counter protesters rallying against the President.

Isaac Saul, lead editor for the digital media organization A Plus, saw the Fresh Kitchen video and recognized Schlossberg from a previous encounter at a protest just outside Saul's Midtown Manhattan office.

According to the Center for Responsive Politics, which tracks federal campaign contributions and lobbying data, Schlossberg, a registered Republican, contributed $500 to the Trump campaign in May 2016. People have reportedly booked a Mariachi band to pay Schlossberg a visit at his office. "We have a diverse global community of businesses and professionals that have mutual respect for one another. We found Mr. Schlossberg's statements offensive and contrary to our community norms and have chose to terminate his services agreement with us", the company told NBC's News 4 in a statement. He tried to hide his face with an umbrella and even called someone - we assume it was the police because you know how folks like Aaron and BBQ Becky love the cops - saying, "Please send help!"
