'That sounds like President Trump': Queen Elizabeth on hearing a helicopter

Sir David Attenborough and the Queen team up to film documentary

The Queen made a joke at the expense of President Trump when a loud helicopter interrupted a conversation in her garden at Buckingham Palace.

When he teases her about a 50-year-old sundial that is shaded by trees, she orders it to be moved into the sun after escorting Sir David around the Buckingham Palace garden.

She is seen walking and chatting with David Attenborough, also 91, a much-loved naturalist and broadcaster known for lavish series like "Planet Earth" and "Blue Planet". "Of course they've said 'Oh well, let's give her a plant ... or a tree or something'".

The scene is one of a number of exchanges between the pair - born a few weeks apart - that were recorded for ITV documentary the Queen's Green Planet, to be aired next Monday.

BRITAIN'S Queen Elizabeth II can be heard cracking jokes about United States presidents and addressing her own mortality for the first time in new TV show with Sir David Attenborough.

The project, which is spearheaded by Her Majesty, aims to conserve forests in all 53 Commonwealth countries.

Referring to a helicopter buzzing overhead, the Queen asks: "Why do they always go round and round when you want to talk?"

Campaign urges Israel soldiers to refuse to shoot unarmed Palestinians
The Health Ministry in Gaza today said more than 1,400 Palestinians were injured, including 758 by gunshots, mostly to the legs. Israel says most of those killed were militants. "IDF troops fired toward them", the army said.

She gets her own back on Sir David by teasing him when he gets muddled about the location of trees planted by the Queen to mark the births of each of her children.

"Sounds like President Trump. or President Obama". "You said that was Andrew".

"I think she is genuinely concerned about it and interested in it, because she certainly talks about it". "Can't both be", she says.

She also jokes about efforts to "stop children playing conkers" because of "health and safety".

"The Queen's Green Planet" is set to air on United Kingdom broadcaster ITV later this month.

In a serious moment the Queen highlights the benefit of the network of safeguarded Commonwealth forests, telling Sir David: "I mean they're all kinds of different (trees), different places that they're growing in and all sorts of, different types of forest".
