Easter weather warning: 'Beast from the East 3' to hit

A weak cold front will follow Monday's warm front and eastward across our state and into Missouri by Tuesday morning. Having said that, I wouldn't rule it out - with cooler temperatures early and late in the day Wednesday, I supposed there's a chance for a little bit of wintry mix and/or freezing rain. It will be another bright, sunny day with light winds and dry weather. Given the clouds and less cold southeasterly breeze, expect a less cold night with lows likely remaining in the low to mid 30s.

After a series of nor'easters that afflicted Fredericksburg with varying challenges, today's weather (Monday) will be rather quiet.

There should be intervals of afternoon sun pushing our temperatures into the lower 80s Tuesday, and low-mid 80s Wednesday. High of 83 degrees.

Massive crowds at anti-gun rally in Florida
Similar rallies were being held in cities across America to march for gun control and ignite political activism among teenagers. Trump is at his Florida home for the weekend. "We welcome Parkland, but these streets belong to D.C. students".

Wind will also be breezy out of the east-southeast throughout the day today gusting at times up to 25 miles per hour, which will keep us a bit cooler than normal. We will get a touch warmer with highs in the upper 50s.

Rain mixed with wet snow continues Tuesday morning and comes to an end by mid-afternoon.

There will be slow clearing for the late afternoon/evening which will give us a few hints at some sunshine. Highs will return to the lower50s which will help melt a lot of the snow that fell Saturday. Today may not have been as sunny, but we stayed away from the showers. We have a FIRST ALERT out for Thursday for potential flooding and strong thunderstorms. Saturday morning lows are forecast to be in the lower 50s with daytime highs anticipated to be in the mid 70s. Otherwise mostly cloudy, with highs in the 70s. For the most part we're tracking scattered to widespread rain showers.
