Michael B. Jordan Adopts an Inclusion Rider for His Company

The trio haven't been the most inclusive over their time, with Matt Damon making some controversial Twitter comments regarding sexual harassment, and Ben Affleck publicly declaring himself "angry and saddened" at that Weinstein has been accused of harassing and assaulting multiple women.

The Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, who created the movement, said that Cox DiGiovanni had been a "champion, advocate and co-creator" of the inclusion rider since February 2016.

The news comes from Fanshen Cox DiGiovanni, Head of Strategic Outreach at their joint production company Pearl Street Films.

In a statement released to media by the Initiative, it said: "It's great to see Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and the Pearl Street Films team using their influence to create opportunities for people from underrepresented groups to enter the industry".

"Black Panther" actor Michael B. Jordan was one of the first to lend his public support to the concept after the Oscars for his company Outlier Society, which is developing a sci-fi series for Netflix and other projects.

The Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri star also took the chance to shine a light on the little-known term, inclusion rider.

Affleck - who won a best picture Oscar as a producer of "Argo" (2015) and shared an original-screenplay Oscar with Damon for writing "Good Will Hunting" (1997) - has not commented publicly.
