Cop killer: "I wish I'd killed more of the motherf***ers"

Cop killer:

He is on trial for the alleged murders of Sacramento sheriff's deputy Danny Oliver and Placer County sheriff's detective Michael Davis Jr. during a 2014 crime spree.

The trial is set to continue despite Bracamontes' legal team accepting that he did kill the policemen.

Smiling broadly, Bracamontes added, "I will break out soon and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me.There's no need for a f-- trial". "There's no need for a f-ing trial".

Judge White briefly dismissed the jury as defense attorneys said Bracamontes' outbursts were more signs that their client is unfit to stand trial.

"You will not disrupt this trial; you will not speak out", White told him. "If you do, you will be removed from the courtroom".

White declined to again consider whether the defendant was mentally competent to stand trial and pushed forward.

James Harden among trip to push into Clippers' locker room
There was a brief, easily forgotten first-half altercation between Trevor Ariza and Blake Griffin when they were tied up. Monday night's game between the Rockets and Clippers got a little chippy to say the least.

"Your motion is denied". "Mr. Bracamontes is responsible for the death of Deputy Danny Oliver and Detective Michael Davis". "It's just another dose of reality of the violence from some of the people who are here illegally and it's time for our politicians and our court systems to take these threats seriously because these people don't value the lives of Americans".

This is not the first time that Bracamontes has threatened to kill more cops.

He's charged with killing both deputies, shooting a motorist in the head to steal his vehicle and wounding another Placer County deputy.

Both defendants were seated at a defense table facing one of the two juries in the case Tuesday, although there is a stark difference in how the two were being handled.

He eventually crawled out of the house with a suicide note that asked God for forgiveness.

Bracamontes has repeatedly proclaimed his guilt and has requested the death penalty at past court hearings, ABC News reported. They have tried, without success, to enter a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.

In the Sacramento Superior Court on Tues. morning, the suspect's public defender, Jeffrey Barbour, said he didn't claim that Bracamontes was innocent.
