Bills Clinch Playoff Berth: Twitter Reacts to Historic Streak Ending

The Buffalo Bills snapped the longest current non-playoff drought in North American pro sports with a 22-16 victory Sunday at Miami and Cincinnati's victory at Baltimore.

December 31, 2017 is going to be a day in Buffalo Bills history that will certainly be remembered - they clinched their first playoff berth since 1999.

It was a shocking finish to the regular season and one of euphoria for Bills fans, who have waited almost two decades to see their team in the postseason.

Wearing Bills gear and a smile, Nicklaus was in the stands as his grandson, Buffalo tight end Nick O'Leary, caught Tyrod Taylor's 26-yard touchdown pass.

Wide receiver Jarvis Landry and his Miami teammates took issue with the way Bills defenders were handling Landry after a one-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter and touched off a major scuffle in the process.

Landry got tossed out so he took the ball home with him.

Koetter will coach Bucs' in 2018
Reports indicate the team felt Winston's injury was a major factor in the team's poor performance, not coaching. Tampa is expected to fire Dirk Koetter next week and Gruden is their top candidate replace him.

-LeSean McCoy suffered an ankle injury early in the third quarter and was carted off the field. He had 10 yards on 11 carries to finish with 1,138 yards rushing, and added 448 receiving on a team-high 59 catches.

Officially, McCoy is questionable to return with an ankle injury. Landry threw a punch.

Drake was crying as he left the field.

Taylor went 19 for 27 for 204 yards and one score.

-The Bills scored a touchdown on their opening drive for just the second time this season. The Dolphins have allowed more yards to tight ends than all but two National Football League teams.
