North Korea Testing Anthrax-Packed Warheads on ICBMs

It was reported Kim Jong-un's regime was testing an anthrax tipped warhead

Citing an unnamed person with ties to South Korean intelligence, the paper reports that North Korea is working with these types of weapons to test the feasibility of putting Anthrax in the regime's intercontinental ballistic missiles.

The source in South Korea said Pyongyang is conducting heat and pressure resistance tests to see whether anthrax germs can survive at temperatures of 7,000 degrees or higher, the level an ICBM encounters when it re-enters Earth's atmosphere.

Last month, the United States returned North Korea to the list of state sponsors of terrorism.

North Korea is testing whether its missiles capable of hitting the USA are also capable of carrying the deadly bacteria anthrax, according to a report.

The revelation comes as the UK's Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson said North Korea is now on the way to developing ballistic missiles which could strike London, branding the country a "massive threat" and a "real danger" to Britain.

An MSNBC spokesman told The Daily Caller that Matthews received a formal reprimand when the woman made the complaint against him. Matthews, whose show was later taken over by MSNBC where it still runs, was reprimanded for the inappropriate statements.

Although North Korea is party to both the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention and the Geneva Protocol, it is suspected of maintaining an ongoing biological weapons program.

The White House said in its new National Security Strategy, issued on Monday, that North Korea is pursuing "nuclear, chemical and biological weapons".

Several individuals including North Korean defectors as well as assessments by the US and South Korean governments estimated the North began acquiring biological weapons as early as the 1960s, under the orders of Kim Il Sung.

The report, based off of a source in South Korea, said that it did not have confirmation about whether the tests had been successful. "But I think we ignore their chemical and biological programs truly at our own peril". Above, the Hwasong-15 intercontinental ballistic missile.
