Invisible box challenge is actually pretty amusing

Have you taken the Invisible Box challenge, yet?

Clips of people stepping over "invisible boxes" are sweeping the internet and we're going to show you how it's done!

It's called the invisible box challenge, and if you've tried it yourself, you've probably discovered that the term "challenge" is an understatement.

After trends like the Ice Bucket Challenge, bottle flip challenge, mannequin challenge, cinnamon challenge, here is the new online fad that involves nothing the "invisible box".

Earlier this year, Dontez Hines, a basketball player at Anderson University in IN, posted a clip of himself performing the now-viral stunt.

Impeachment effort quashed by House Republicans and Democrats
Mueller complete his full investigation rather than engage in what would essentially be a public relations stunt", said Rep. Green's resolution is expected to fail, given widespread opposition among Republicans and most Democrats.

Texas high school cheerleader Ariel Olivar reignited the challenge last week after posting her own video to Twitter, mimicking Hines' movements with the caption "challenge accepted".

The trick is making it look like you are walking on air.

We even found a wannabee break dancer from Hungary, but he couldn't pull off the move. "I realized I had got it down pretty well because of the reactions of my teammates", he told Men's Health. "The technique is to bring the one leg higher than the other as if you're actually stepping over a box".

"You'll notice his body rotates toward the leg on the step as well; there's a ton of oblique and ab stability maintaining that position". It's basic mime, but it's impressive enough to have inspired thousands of less agile challengers to share their own attempts (warning: you may fall on your face). "I still can not believe how much attention it has gotten". 'Very explosive hip flexor, abdominal and glute strength is what is driving the leg up and over the box, ' Samuel said.
