Louis CK Apologizes for Exposing Himself to Women: 'These Stories Are True'

Louis CK Accused of Sexual Misconduct by Five Women

Comedian Louis CK has issued a statement admitting that the allegations of sexual misconduct made against him in the past 24 hours are "true", and that he will "step back" from his career.

"I've brought pain to my family, my friends, my children and their mother", Louis C.K. wrote. The network has received no allegations of misconduct by Louis C.K. related to any of our 5 shows produced together over the past 8 years. And I've tried to learn from them.

In addition on Friday, C.K.'s management company 3 Arts and his publicist also terminated their relationship with the comedian.

Oh, and on top of that, HBO has kicked Louis C.K. off the lineup for its upcoming Autism benefit Night Of Too Many Stars, and will be pulling all of his projects from its streaming services.

"I learned yesterday the extent to which I left these women who admired me feeling badly about themselves and cautious around other men who would never have put them in that position", he said.

USA ground invasion of North Korea could cost 'millions' of lives
Dumont also mentioned the possibility that chemical and biological weapons might be used by the North in case of a conflict. North Korea in July launched two intercontinental ballistic missiles apparently capable of reaching the US mainland.

FX said in a statement Friday that they are severing their relationship with both Louis C.K., 50, and his production company Pig Newton.

Two of the women in the New York Times article, comedians Dana Min Goodman and Julia Wolov, said C.K. had invited them to his hotel room after a comedy festival in Aspen, Colorado, in 2002 and then masturbated in front of them. "And I wielded that power irresponsibly".

Indie distributor The Orchard has now confirmed that it has pulled plans to release I Love You, Daddy, saying in a statement that it "will not be moving forward with the release".

Notaro now fears that C.K. released her comedy album in 2012 to "cover his tracks" and make him "look like a good guy, supporting a woman", she told the Times. His "unprofessional and inappropriate behavior with female colleagues has led us to decide not to produce a second stand up special, as had been planned".
