Ezekiel Elliott explains why he won't give up his suspension battle vs

But after a federal appeals judge ruled on Friday that Elliott can play Sunday against the Chiefs, the 22-year-old star put his battle with the league into his own words.

Check back for more on this developing story.

"No. This is bigger than a suspension".

However, the Cowboys are approaching nail-biting territory in regards to Elliott. But on Friday, the NFLPA's request for a brief administrative stay was granted by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. This is my name and this is my reputation. "So every day is worth fighting". "It's bigger than football, them (NFL) trying to make me something I'm not", Elliott said.

Antonio Conte: 'Roma had more desire to win than Chelsea'
Diego Simeone's team is going through a tough spell and is now four points back of second-place Chelsea with two games to go. To their credit Chelsea responded well and had a great chance of their own just moments after the opening goal.

He said he'd welcomed a few off days when he ran but also recovered from a "heavy load" last Sunday, when he rushed for 150 yards and two touchdowns in a 33-19 victory at Washington.

The suspension was imposed in August after the NFL's investigation into allegation of multiple physical confrontations with Elliott's then-girlfriend.

Elliott was originally suspended six games by the National Football League after a year-long investigation concluded that Elliott has physically abused then-girlfriend Tiffany Thompson in July 2016.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in NY on Friday temporarily blocked a lower-court ruling that required Elliott to begin serving a six-game suspension. It might be done soon, because if Elliott doesn't win his appeal of a judge denying his motion for a preliminary injunction, it's really hard to figure out another legal move for him. The 2016 Rookie of the Year's Cowboys, at 4-3, are chasing the first-place Eagles in the NFC East.
